I just wanted to send a quick note to say how pleased I am with the service you provided me. I ordered a lovely pair of shoes from you
but had to send them back for a smaller size, you replied to me emails quickly and with a very friendly tone.
Once you'd sent me the replacement ones, you gave me ring to let me know....superb! I now have the shoes again and they are perfect.
This is the kind of personal service you just don't see any longer, and I shall be recommending you to all.

Just wanted to say a huge "Thank you" for getting my daughters Ugg boots here in time for Christmas.I only ordered them a few days before Christmas and accidentally ordered the wrong size. You managed to stop the order and arranged for the correct size boots to be despatched from another one of your shops.
Amazing service and what a relief to shop on a website where you can actually talk to someone if you have a problem.
I hope Bullfrogs appreciate your dedication to customer service Ian. I certainly do!

Hiya all,
I just had to e-mail you to thank you for a first class service. I placed my order at around midday yesterday (11.12.09) hoping that I would receive my order in time for Christmas. I was astounded when they arrived at 11.15 am today (12.12.09) perfectly packaged. Thank you once again for superb goods in super fast time. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I received my order today...excellent service!
I had originally ordered the purple converse as in this mail....but was happy to take the pink ones to see if I liked them. Which I do.
The lady I spoke to on the phone yesterday was very, very friendly and helpful by the way.

I just wanted to let you know that you have one very happy customer and that I am so impressed with your service. I ordered a pair of converse pumps at 6.45pm Monday night and at 3.00pm today (Weds)they had arrived! And that was with the standard delivery service of 3-5days!
The pumps are great and fantastic value too. They still work out cheaper than some of the high st shops even with the postage included!
I can highly recommend Bullfrogs and believe me, I shall be spreading the word. I'll definitely be ordering another pair when I come back from my hols!
