If an item is available to purchase on the website then it should be in stock. However we cannot guarantee this in every case. If we are unable to fulfil your order we will refund unavailable items and let you know in the quickest possible time. For out of stock items please used the Email us icon and we can do our best to source you a pair from one of our London branches. Please note that we do not do special orders on any items.

Can I specify a day for delivery?
Unfortunately we cannot specify an exact day.

How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver the goods within 5 working days from receiving your order.

We can deliver to the billing address on the card or a workplace. If the address is different to the card billing address it must be within the UK.

What is an issue number and a security code?
The issue number only applies to switch and solo cards. If using any other card ignore this box. The security number is the last 3 digits on the signature strip on the reverse of the card.


Can I pay by cheque?
It is possible to pay by cheque but it will take an extra week to process the order whilst the cheque clears.


Can I use gift vouchers or credit notes online?
Unfortunately we cannot yet process these online.


Can I get student discount online?
No.

Can I track my order?
Yes by Checking the dispatch email that gets sent out on completion of each order. There is a section that states which service was used and a Tracking Number.
